The Explanation This photograph shows a female figure in a white gown clinging to the railing of a spiral staircase. It was taken in the Queen's House section of the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, England. It is said that 300 years ago a maid was thrown from the highest banister, plunging 50 feet to her death. This picture was taken in 1966 by the Rev. Ralph Hardy, a retired clergyman from White Rock, British Columbia. Experts from Kodak have examined this photo, and have concluded that it has not been tampererd with. There is no explanation for this picture.
