The Explanation

This is a picture of one Mr Chinnery and his Mother-In-Law...deceased. After a visit to the grave of her mother, Mrs Mabel Chinnery took a picture of her husband waiting alone in the car. When the film was developed, Mabel immediately identified her dead mother as being the second occupant of the car.

This photograph was taken in 1959. A photgraphic expert later examined it. He stated "I stake my reputation on the fact that the picture is genuine,". It is not a double exposure or camera trickery. There is something in the car, that's for sure - however, it is claimed there was nothing there when the photo was taken.

There is no explanation for this picture.
